Guidance in Leadership Questions of the new Era

The Corona pandemic has a huge impact on all of our areas of life. Already now, it can be seen that a rethink has taken place in companies and among employees. The leaders are now given an essential role in recognizing and responding to employees’ and companies’ new needs. It all requires a high level of solidarity, feeling of togetherness and a common ground.

In areas of leadership, in which there is a vacuum in this turbulent and volatile time, I accompany companies, leaders and teams as a sparring partner, and help to make it through this transition phase with stability and the necessary clarity.
