Guidance of Corporations

Good leadership is critical to the success of projects and corporations. This new era demands a new style of leadership – leadership on a new basis and following new principles. Ideally, employees are managed in the sense of a sustainable corporate goal and are an essential factor in the design of the corporate strategy.

In phases in which the steering wheel is operated in this context, I help answer important questions by creating the space for clarity and necessary calm, which allows to focus on the essentials. Through my intuition, I give impulses that make it possible to set the framework for the new strategy and to make decisions that are based on it.
