IL² Update Dezember 2022 – Rückblick und Résu IL² Update Dezember 2022 – Rückblick und Résumé Quantensprung in eine neue Matrix. Kurzer Rückblick Zu Beginn dieses Jahres habe ich einen Blogpost mit dem Titel “Ignite your inner Leader, ignite your Life” (oder kurz IL²) veröffentlicht, in dem ich die Frage in den Raum stellte, welche Story wir uns Ende 2022 erzählen wollen. Hier nun das versprochene IL² Update Dezember 2022 – Rückblick und Résumé Ja, die IL² Blogpostserie beschreibt auch meinen eigenen Weg in diesem Jahr;-). Mit ihrem Abschluss zum Jahresende ist es Zeit für Rückblick und ein Résumé. Für die ganze Story, folge dem Link in meiner Bio! Das Ergebnis: ✨2022 habe ich zusammen mit meiner Geschäftspartnerin und guten Freundin, Alexandra Schlösser (@die_schloesser), unser neues Business "Air Lovers" (@airlovers.official) auf ein solides Fundament gestellt und der Weg, der jetzt zu gehen ist, liegt glasklar vor Augen. Wie dieses Business mit meinem Coaching Business (Leaders Ignited mit “Weisheitsräume”) zusammenspielt – dazu gibt es schon erste Ideen. Klar ist: Ich brenne für das, was ich da jetzt tun darf! Ausblick: In 2023 möchte ich mich im Rahmen einer neuen Blogpostserie dem Thema Freiheit widmen. Dieses ist ganz eng mit unserem neuen Business “Air Lovers” verknüpft, bei dem es um das Fliegen geht, aber auch um neue Perspektiven, Leichtigkeit, Mut, Erweitern der eigenen Komfortzone, Abenteuer, Sicherheit, Verantwortung und Gemeinschaft. Ende Dezember 2022: Quantensprung in eine neue Matrix. Wie sieht Deine neue Matrix aus? Definitiv und aus eigener Erfahrung: “YES!” zu “Ignite your inner Leader, ignite your Life”;-). Im Kopf eines Leaders Die 6 mentalen Fähigkeiten Im Kopf eines Leaders Die 6 mentalen Fähigkeiten eines Leaders Erinnerung Ein Leader erinnert regelmäßig, wer er ist und was JETZT gerade wichtig ist. Ebenso besinnt er sich wieder und wieder, wofür er ursprünglich eingetreten ist, wozu er sich committed hat. Aus dieser Energie heraus, trifft er seine Entscheidungen. Und er tut all dies so lange, bis diese Erinnerungen tief in seinem Unterbewusstsein verankert und zu seiner neuen Realität geworden sind. Vernunft Ein Leader reflektiert stets seine Haltung – seine Gedanken, seine Emotionen und sein Handeln. Wenn die Ergebnisse nicht seinem Anspruch genügen, lässt er sich nicht entmutigen, sondern er denkt nach, wo er sich hin entwickeln möchte, und handelt danach. Perspektive Ein Leader ist wissbegierig, lernbereit und stets offen für den Austausch mit anderen. Er ist bereit, seine Perspektive zu überdenken und zu verändern, wenn es angebracht ist. Vorstellungskraft Ein Leader beschäftigt sich stets mit der Vision, für dessen Manifestation er angetreten ist. Vor seinem inneren Auge lässt er Bilder davon entstehen und ist in der Lage, diese Bilder auch anderen zu vermitteln. Wille Ein Leader behält stets die Kontrolle über sein Denken, Fühlen und Handeln und lässt sich vom Außen nicht beirren. Er hat den unabdingbaren Willen, seine Vision Realität werden zu lassen. Dafür besitzt er einen starken Fokus, den er zu jeder Zeit auf sein Ziel richtet. Intuition Ein Leader verfügt über eine ausgeprägte Intuition. Er fühlt sich selbst und empfängt so Impulse von seiner inneren Führung, die ihm den Weg weist. Seinen Mitmenschen gegenüber besitzt er außergewöhnliches Einfühlungsvermögen und spürt, welche Art von Führung diese im Moment benötigen.
